Ingredients:
- Corn kernel- 100 gms
- Parsley- 1 tsp
- Chopped ginger- 1 tsp
- Boiled potato – 100 gms (mashed)
- ½ Tsp of turmeric and red chili powder
- Nigella seeds – ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lime juice- ½ tsp
Method:
In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients. Now firmly bind the mixture around the skewers.
Grill for 5 minutes.
Serve with chutney.
