Delightful Cottage Cheese Fudge/ Shondesh

Ingredients:

  • Mashed cottage cheese- 250 gms
  • Powdered sugar- 1/3 cup
  • Powdered green cardamom- ½  tsp
  •  Rose water- 1 tbs

Method

  • Crumble cottage cheese and mix well with powdered sugar.
  • Microwave on ‘high’ power for 2-3 mins. When the mixture solidifies, splash rose water.
  • Add cardamom and mix well.
  • Cool and divide into 8-9 balls and roll into balls.
  • You can also add vanilla essence, dry fruits of your choice. Shape the mixture using moulds or shapes as per your choice.
